3. Property Sub-Trades Management.
Liaise, estimate, schedule, complete and invoice - works and certified sub-trades monitored to completion from $95.00 an hour plus GST.

4. Product Sourcing & Interior Design from TLV Studio.
Client brief, source, quote and supply interior fixtures and finishes along with bespoke items.
An initial 50% deposit on placement of order and balance on confirmation.
Sourcing and supply time from $165.00 an hour plus GST.
Service available on request.
5. Art work installation & Art-rail supply and installation.
Service available on request from $125.00 an hour plus GST.
Consumables charged accordingly.

6. Interior Installation Services.
Blinds, curtains and flat-pack furniture installation from $82.50 an hour plus GST.

7. Roller Blinds, Venetians & Shutters - Supplied and Installed with a 50% deposit required.
Roller Blinds - Sunfilters, Light Filtering & Blockouts. Free measure, quote and install included in quote. *
Venetian Blinds - Aluminium, Wooden and Faux Wood (PVC). Free measure, quote and install included in quote. *
Shutters - Basswood, Paulownia, PVC & Special Shapes. Site measure and install from $82.50 an hour plus GST. *

8. Curtains with TLV Studio - Supplied and Installed with a 50% deposit required.
HeyBob Curtain Edit with TLV Studio (Initial consultation by appointment only) - Pre-selected fabrics and colours from TLV Studio for curtains, linings and sheers. Site measure and install from $82.50 an hour plus GST/TLV Studio Design, supply and sourcing from $165.00 an hour plus GST. *
